Buying guide
Every device we sell is used, and its grade tells you how used. Here is what each grade means, what GnG Tech tests before a device ships at that grade, and what you are guaranteed whichever one you pick.

Devices in Like New condition show little to no signs of previous use and are in excellent cosmetic condition. They have been thoroughly tested, fully functional, and closely resemble a new product in appearance and performance.
Devices in Fair condition may show light cosmetic wear from normal use. Every device is thoroughly tested and remains fully functional, making it a dependable choice at a lower price.
Devices in Used condition show visible cosmetic wear, marks, or scratches from previous use. They have been thoroughly tested and remain functional, offering strong value when appearance is less important.
Devices graded For Parts are not fully functional and are intended for repair, component recovery, or specialist use. Their known condition is checked and clearly described before sale.
Every device arrives at our workshop, is inspected, repaired where a repair is possible, cleaned, and function-tested before it is listed. That process is what the “Professionally refurbished in-house” badge on a product page refers to: no resellers, no drop-shipping.
A grade describes cosmetic condition. Except for For parts, every grade is tested to be fully functional — a “Used” device is not a less reliable device, it is a more marked one.
The grade shown on a listing is part of what you are buying, so it is part of the contract:
Because the goods are second-hand, cosmetic condition varies within a grade, and product photographs are illustrative rather than pictures of the exact unit you will receive.
Tell us what you need the device for and we will point you at the right grade.
